  • How do I integrate my Shopify store?

    Please watch this video tutorial  (video #1). This shows you how to integrate your Shopify store step-by-step. (I think it is said in the video to import 30 items, but do 15 per drop please as our curator can do only so many for now). 
    After you integrate your Shopify, our marketplace will be reading your shopify store and syncing with it every day. If you want your Roxie's Picks' prices to be different than your Shopify store, you will need to disable sync on your products after you import them, this is a crucial step for submitting deals (discounted prices), otherwise Roxie's Pick's deal prices will reset to your shopify prices everyday. Please watch this 2 min. video our developer Steve made for you. 

    More advanced settings: Sometimes your Shopify might not integrate fully to our marketplace, the following video will show you how to make sure everything has been integrated successfully. 
    Watch Video Tutorial #2. I added a timeline with questions and answers in the description of the Youtube video to make it quicker and easier to follow for you. I promise this will save you headaches! Just ask our original vendors who were our guinea pigs :). 

  • How do I create a deal without the timer?
    If the timer is not working for you. Please watch this video that shows you how to create a deal. We are working with our developers to fix timer issues, and will update you when it is all fixed. It works for some and it doesn't for others. 
  • How do I create a Deal (A deal using the timer)? Mandatory to watch the video before you submit any timed deals.
    These are deals for Deal Drops. We will have deal drops every Tuesday and Friday at 9PM EST. Deadlines for deal drops are Sunday night for Tuesday's drop, and Wednesday night for Friday's drop. We will curate deals the day before it drops, and our curator will let you know if it gets denied. It is mandatory to Watch this video, and the description of the video first BEFORE you submit any deals for deal drops. 

    Somethings I forgot to mention in the video: 

    1. When you upload any product, set it to it's original price, or retail price, under the "PRICE" box in your listing, not on the "COMPARE AT PRICE". 

    1. Please set your product for the RIGHT collection which is the deal date and then ONE category collection your product falls under (a max of 2 collections). I will delete the collection from the site once it expires, however, your product will remain on the site at original price and can be found in the right collection category

    2. You can schedule the same deal again after two deal drops. Example: My Santa Key is scheduled for Tuesday's Drop (3/19)...and it will expire on Friday (3/22), I will have to skip 2 deal drops (Friday's Deal Drop (3/22) and Tues (3/26)) before I can make it a deal again. Whenever your product is not live as a deal, it will remain on the site at original price so customers can still purchase it. 

    3. For now, set your timer for your deal drops to go live on the morning of the drop, it will NOT be visible on the front page, only to me so I can work on it to make sure your deals look right before our official drop later that day. Example, if you want to submit a deal drop for this Friday, create your deal timer to start on Friday morning...that will give me time to check it and add something on the back end so it is ready when it is on the front page Friday for deal drop (9 PM EST). Our goal is to let customers get excited whenever your products appear as deal with the timer, and create urgency to buy.

  • Can you reschedule the same deal for future deal drops at once?
    That is on the list, I am not sure exactly when, but as soon as I get a more clear timeline I will let you know. For now you just have to keep track of when your deals go back to original price, and reschedule it once at a time, remember to skip at least 2 deals drops from your last deal drop for the same product, which is about 7 days. 
  • My listing shows as OUT OF STOCK for certain variants on the site, but it is in stock and shows quantity on my seller dashboard. How do I fix it?
    Sometimes as we fix coding, this glitch might occur. Here is a fast and easy way to fix this problem. Watch this 2 min video here. 
  • How and when are payments for vendors?
    I will do an ACH transfer every Monday for items that show as "shipped" from 7 days prior. 
    Example: You ship an item on Saturday and it shows as shipped, I will pay you in 13 days from that day (because it takes a full 7 days for the money to get to my account). And if you ship an item on a Friday and it shows as shipped that Friday, I will pay you in 7 days from that day. 
    Items need to show shipped and not just "tracking added".
    Please type your ACH routing and account number in your payment method. I will send a $1 test payment, let me know once you get it. If you have any questions email me - roxanamrossi@gmail.com 
  • My listing is not showing on the collection category anymore, why is that?
    To fix this, go to your listing, uncheck the box, then check the collection box you want to be again, and SAVE it. That should fix it and you should be able to see your listing on the collection again. You can check by going to the site, click refresh, and see if you can find it under that collection. Not sure why this happens to some listings, prob as we fix bugs and glitches, it might kick some listings out of their collections.
  • I have images assigned to each variant, but the featured image does not change when a new variant is selected.

    Here are the steps:

    Go to the product listing

    1. Scroll down to VARIANT DETAILS

    2. Under Action, click the ... and select EDIT

    3. Under VARIANT IMAGE click CHANGE IMAGE

    4. Select the variant image you want (I selected the one that was already chosen) and click SAVE

    5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click SAVE CHANGES. This is important. Only clicking SAVE on the image screen did not seem to completely save the update.

    6. I tried doing the same thing last night and it did not work. I deleted the listing/re-synced from Shopify this afternoon. There may have been some type of glitch in the original listing, not sure. But if you experience the same thing, try following the steps above.

  • My deals are going back to original price, how can I fix that?
  • How does shipping work

    You need to include shipping in your product pricing. That is how we need to do it for now, and we will revisit shipping price in the near future.

  • My Shopify orders are not showing fulfilled on Roxies
    Are your orders showing fulfilled only on your shopify store but not on Roxie's Picks?
    Watch this 1 minute video and get it fixed so you don't have to manually enter tracking numbers for fulfilled orders on your Shopify store.

  • How to DISABLE PRODUCT SYNC between your shopify store and Roxies (mandatory step for those who have integrated Shopify).
    Are your Roxie's product prices reverting to your Shopify price? Please watch this one minute to fix that. REMEMBER once you disable product sync, you will have to keep track of inventory on Roxies as that will also be disabled.
